Shoeshine Blue is the Wichita-based musical project of singer-songwriter Michael Apinyakul, widely characterized as "soulful folk for soulful folks". The project’s distinct style blends lo-fi, literary, blues, and folk elements with "a little fuzz" and a touch of folk-punk.
