Hailing from Kansas City, Calvin Arsenia is a singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist celebrated for his soulful vocals and virtuosic classical harp playing. His music—a seamless blend of folk, pop, and R&B—serves as a bridge between diverse communities, exploring heartfelt themes of love, healing, and personal growth.
Beyond the stage, Arsenia is a multifaceted creator and community leader. Since 2023, he has served as the director of Greenwood Social Hall, an intimate Kansas City venue and the backdrop for his award-winning "Toxic" music video. His creative reach extends to the literary and digital worlds as well; he is the author of the 2021 poetry collection Every Good Boy Does Fine and co-hosted the podcast We Were Christian Kids, where he explored the complexities of queer identity and evangelical upbringing.
